As a Licensed Psychologist, I have come to appreciate the human capacity to change unhealthy behavior patterns, work through incredibly difficult life circumstances, and create more meaningful and fulfilling lives. As a therapist, I use evidence-based practices, including both Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I use a collaborative and relational approach to best meet clients where they are, which allows us to identify and develop the individualized tools and skills to promote lasting change.
