Hi there, I'm Marypaz Garrdea. I am a bilingual (Spanish and English) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California. I am also a clinical psychologist from Mexico City with more than 15 years of experience. I work with adolescents, adults, and families in a compassionate environment full of support and understanding. I have helped people with depression, anxiety, family problems, life transitions, low self-esteem, relationship problems, abusive relationships, pornography addiction, and much more. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Therapy, Culture Sensitive, and Integrative Therapy in a mindful setting.
