I specialize in helping couples and families—including parents, children, and teens—navigate their unique challenges. We begin with getting to know each other, building a genuine understanding of your situation and needs, and setting meaningful and personal goals together. My expertise encompasses pivotal areas such as connection, emotions, conflict resolution, and communication. I utilize proven therapeutic modalities such as EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and IFS (Internal Family Systems), among others.
To become a clinical intern, I am required to complete extensive training in therapeutic interventions and modalities through a Master's program and meet high academic criteria outlined by Arizona State University's standards. In doing so, I remain up-to-date in the latest research and techniques.
