Our mission at Maryland Therapy Collective is to provide trauma-informed, evidence-based, inclusive, and client-centered treatment to help our clients live healthier and more fulfilling lives. We incorporate this approach by tailoring treatment to each client’s individual needs. We believe that our clients have the power to make the changes they want in their lives, and we are here to help guide and support them through that process.
Our clinicians hold certifications in Trauma and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) treatments. We are LGBTQIA+ affirming and Social Justice oriented in both our personal lives and our practice. We offer individual and family therapy as well as parent coaching, on call services, and skills + therapy groups.

Through a New Lens
Help your Teen challenge and change their perspective to help manage stress, regulate emotions, and have confidence to face the challenges of their everyday life. Maryland Therapy Collective's mood management and coping skills teen group is built on the foundation of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) while also incorporating units of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Narrative Therapy. This gives the teens the opportunity to learn skills from different modalities to empower them to use what is most helpful and relevant for them while also collaborating with other teens on shared concerns.
