I utilize a collective of therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Strength-Based Perspective and Trauma Informed Care while applying mindfulness to provide a holistic approach with my clients.
My goal is to harvest an atmosphere that is comfortable for my clients but also empowering enough to evoke life changes. I have extensive experience working with children and families, helping them recognize and process their feelings and emotions while navigating day-to-day obstacles.
