Seeking out a therapist could give you the opportunity to identify and process thoughts and feelings to get clarity, gain coping strategies, and explore next steps. I approach counseling with the belief that the client holds the answers within. My goal is to support, encourage, and to challenge you to do the inner work to identify what the right answer is for you.
I work with a variety of life challenges, using strength-based, evidenced-based, and Energy Psychology techniques. I believe that learning to love, trust, and accept yourself is key in moving forward and living the life you desire, therefore I work with clients in developing self compassion, healing the past, and uncovering the true self.
I use a holistic approach that addresses body, mind, & spirit. I have 18 years experience working with addictions and mood disorders. I also have a special interest in working with addictions and compulsive behaviors, life transition, and creating a healthy lifestyle. I incorporate strategies from, Mindfulness, Guided Imagery, CBT, and EFT/Tapping.
