My specialties: Mindfulness-based methods, helping process stressful thoughts and feelings and increasing relaxation and insight; a certified EMDR therapist-effectively addressing trauma related-issues//PTSD symptoms; trained in Clinical Hypnosis, and other Wellness Tools, including meditation, music/ sound and color for personal exploration and moving forward in positive directions.
