I work with adults (18+) experiencing mood, stressor, and/or trauma related disorders. Many of my clients seek therapy to explore their identities & patterns, navigate relationship dynamics, and reprocess disturbing memories. As a mom, daughter, sister, spouse, & friend, I have navigated - and am navigating - many of these stages myself.
My professional roles have ranged from inpatient psychiatry to community settings. I remain committed to tailoring my approach to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual I work with. By integrating EMDR and Internal Family Systems therapies, I establish a therapy space that is curious, compassionate, and evidence-based.
