I apply a combination of play therapy, parts work, and trauma-informed practices to my work with children, teens, adults, and families. My areas of specialization include LGBTQAI+ affirming care, body focused repetitive behaviors like trichotillomania and excoriation disorder, autism spectrum disorder, intergenerational trauma, anxiety and grief.
