As a therapist, my primary focus is to support couples and teenagers, along with their families, as they navigate life’s complexities and work towards meaningful, positive change. If you are facing anxiety, depression, exhaustion, or conflicts with loved ones, I would love to be able to support you in your healing journey.

I have had the privilege of assisting many couples and families in building the lives they desire. My approach is flexible; I can be warm and supportive, or direct and dynamic, depending on your goals and needs. I offer tools for coping, breaking old cycles, and facilitate healing conversations.
