My passion is to help others meet their potential and reach their personal goals. I help others through the use of empathy, active listening, and unconditional positive regard (you are the expert of your life!). I enjoy helping my clients with problem-solving, but I also believe that you already have what it takes to heal. I am here to guide and support. I take a similar approach as a clinical supervisor and have many years of experience providing clinical supervision in different settings.
I have over 14 years of experience working with adults from a myriad of backgrounds and presenting problems. I gained experience working with people through non-profit and government agencies, as well as over five years of experience working in private practice.
I make the process to begin therapy as easy and painless as possible for you. I do my best to respond quickly and fit you in as soon as possible. I recommend weekly or bi-weekly therapy sessions to start, but I am flexible. I use HIPAA compliant programs for sessions and collecting co-pays/fees (doxy.me and Simple Practice).
