Therapy works best when you’re feeling understood. I use a mix of psychodynamic psychotherapy and cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) to help people notice and be curious about their feelings, thoughts, behaviors.
I work with early career professionals struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and difficult career changes. I specialize in helping individuals who have lost a loved one and who are grieving. I also work with new or expectant mothers who are navigating the throes of pregnancy and postpartum. Wherever you are, you are not alone.
