Life offers challenges along the way. These challenges occur at any age and can create feelings of, “being stuck”. Children, teens and adults want to feel better about their experiences, relationships and themselves. Children want skills needed to emotional regulate while increasing self-confidence and attachment with caregivers. Teens and adults value space to explore emotions and safety in processing difficult present or past experiences. Increasing attachment in relationships and more fulfillment in life are possible and attainable and result in a more peaceful life experience.
I work with toddlers, children, adolescents and adults. I work with attachment and believe in using the client's personal strengths to guide sessions. I use play therapy for younger clients. I have training in level 1 and 2 EMDR therapy and work with complex trauma for children, teens and adults.
All stages of life offer different challenges and opportunities. Each person has unique talents, strengths and abilities. I value a safe environment for each client and take the time and energy to guide the individual through positive regard and self discovery.
