Most sessions will be conducted via Telehealth. My goal is to help you gain the insight, clarity and understanding you seek to resolve relationship issues and/or decrease anxiety, depression and personality difficulties whether yours or those around you. I have many years of varied life experience including: having lived in Chad, Africa and Italy, raised a multi-cultural, blended family, went through divorce, step-children, life transitions and family of origin dysfunction. I am a LCSW (Licensed clinical social worker) since 2006 and have been employed with Samaritan Counseling since 2014.
I work well with women and men who want to love themselves better. I’m trained in narcissistic abuse and enmeshment. I speak Spanish, French and Italian. I use a blend of treatments and focus on your unique needs. I am open to working with any culture, race, gender, sexual preference.
My background includes growing up in Wisconsin in a family of six boys and me. My degrees are from the University of Wisconsin at Madison and Western Michigan University (2006). My style is laid back, genuine and warm. I will explore your concerns and improve your life. I'm here to help you figure things out; move on to happiness and contentment.
