In addition to private practice, I have experience working in community behavioral health for 7 years and in a brief intervention virtual program for over 3 years, providing therapy to adolescents and adults. I have worked with clients with various diagnoses and those seeking assistance in self-esteem, relationships, life transitions, parenting, and grief and loss, among others.
I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy. I believe in establishing a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients to work together to achieve established goals in a safe and trusting environment.
