Join me for a therapeutic group to experience a Zen way of Healthy Living. Together, we will determine where you may wish to spend more time and energy to create balance and joy in your life. I will support and guide you in making changes that will boost mood, decrease anxiety, increase overall health and wellness. We will explore many topics that will help heal your Mind, Body and Spirit. Our Group will be a closed group, for 8 weeks, every Monday from 11:00-12:30. Most insurances accepted and credit cards welcome.
