Are you or your child struggling at home, school, work, or within relationships? You are not alone, and I am here to walk alongside you on your journey to healing. I specialize in empowering clients of all ages to navigate life transitions such as divorce, grief, stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma with a sense of hope. My role as therapist is provide support as you develop the skills and confidence to become the best version of yourself. Reaching out for help can be intimidating, but please know my goal is to create a safe space in which you feel validated and empowered to make the changes you've always desired.
Within therapy sessions, I incorporate a variety of holistic treatment modalities including mindfulness, strengths-based therapy, and cognitive-behavioral therapy. As a certified TraumaPlay therapist, I use art, play, and sand-tray to engage children, adolescents, and even adults that may have previously had difficulty engaging with traditional talk therapy.
No matter what challenges you face, we will work together to identify the patterns or behaviors that are holding you back. Together, we will create a plan for change that focuses on highlighting your internal strengths. I believe that you have what it takes to find the healer within yourself.
