I provide a compassionate safe space when working with clients who are dealing with trauma, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Somatic Experiencing. I offer clients guidance and promote empowerment during the therapy process, along with encouraging the value of cohesion of the mind, body, and soul.
