Hey hey! My name is Mary and I am a Pre-Licensed Psychotherapist contracted with PHA Wellness. For many of us, life experiences impact our range of possibilities to choose. What gets in your way of happiness? Does anxiety, relationship conflict, depression, PTSD, isolation, or trauma impact your overall happiness? As a therapist, it is my passion to help clients understand how their lived experiences, family, and community, impact their mental health and wholeness as a human. I truly believe that we can turn poison into medicine and overcome barriers that hold us back.
My educational interests include complex trauma, anxiety, depression, intergenerational trauma, addiction and recovery support. I am passionate about working with individuals, couples or families to promote well-being and heal core wounds. I firmly believe that all individuals have the ability to overcome any and all obstacles towards growth and healing
You are not alone in your suffering, sometimes we need a lantern to light our path towards healing, and I would love to help you find your light. Please feel free to email me if you have questions about therapy, I look forward to connecting with you!
