Hey hey! My name is Mary and I am a Pre-Licensed Psychotherapist contracted with PHA Wellness. For many of us, life experiences impact our range of possibilities to choose. I truly believe that we can turn poison into medicine and overcome barriers that hold us back.
My educational interests include complex trauma, anxiety, depression, intergenerational trauma, addiction and recovery support. I am passionate about working with individuals, couples or families to promote well-being and heal core wounds. I firmly believe that all individuals have the ability to overcome any and all obstacles towards growth and healing
