I am an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor who supports clients using CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) & REBT (Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy) techniques and strategies. I have talked to hundreds of clients working in my private practice, mental health community settings, and a few local school districts as a Crisis/Drug Counselor.
