I bring a straightforward approach and will push you to explore places of yourself you may want to run from. I believe therapeutic treatment should consist of a mutually respectful relationship between myself as the provider, and you as the client, in which we work together to confront the underlying beliefs and experiences that have brought you to therapy. I am also familiar with working in conjunction with local school districts to provide additional support for student mental health.
I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders, body image concerns, anxiety and depression in both adolescents (age 14+) and adults with a focus on creating wrap around care and support throughout the entire process. Trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I often rely on an honest examination of the thoughts and feelings behind your actions.
