Waitlist ONLY. It takes a lot of courage and strength to seek out the support you need to find your voice and your purpose. Feeling overwhelmed, stressed, and disconnected can make working on ourselves seem impossible. My goal is to support you on your journey of growth and self-discovery. As a therapist, I've trained and worked in the treatment of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD); emotional, physical, and sexual trauma; panic; anxiety; depression; and phobias. I would love the chance to connect with individuals of various backgrounds to assist with growing and healing.
The therapies I utilize are Internal Family Systems (IFS) trained Level 1 through the IFS institute, and I am EMDRIA trained in Eye Movement, Desensitization, and Reprocessing (EMDR- therapy), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). My therapeutic approach is customized to the needs of the individual person.
I believe that people are geared towards healing and growing. At times we need assistance and support for this to happen. I offer a safe supportive space for you to grow and flourish; creating your own path towards long-term solutions. I offer online and in-person sessions. In-person sessions are on Tuesdays.
