I love working with children, the inner child in every adult and couples. I take a warm, collaborative and judgement-free approach. I particularly specialize in working with trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD and relationship issues.
I help children and adults identify their emotions and what is behind unhelpful behaviors. We then learn coping skills and new strategies for responding rather than reacting to those emotions. We work to build on personal strengths, enrich relationships and find joy in progress rather than in perfection.
