Having provided client centered therapy for over 30 years, from emergency work to research and clinical practice, I have learned that no one is immune to life's difficulties, robbing some of peace in their daily existence. These years have taught me the importance of working together on the specific issues while also providing the tools needed to create a healthier life...no matter what our environment deals us. I believe that although depression and anxiety can sometimes color our lives, ultimately, we have dominion over our existence !
Reaching out for help is a road sometimes not taken by the faint of heart, but much less challenging with a seasoned and supportive therapist. Our past has no power over our present.
