You may be seeking relief from feeling overwhelmed and physically, mentally and emotionally exhausted. Traumatic events, grief/loss, family conflict, work problems and adjusting to the pressures difficult life transitions may be causing anxiety, depression and inability to manage stress making daily life a struggle. I offer tools for short term symptomatic relief while we work together on long term sustainable healing and wellness goals. I view the therapeutic relationship as a partnership of discovery where guided by you in a place of safety and respect, my job is to facilitate your innate ability to heal and move forward.
I especially welcome those who are new to counseling or seeking a new counselor. You are unique and what works for you will be unique. We will focus on identifying the effects of culture, family of origin, and your personal life experiences in a safe, supportive, non-judgmental space to discover ways to strengthen your ability to maintain your wellbeing.
