My passion is helping people who are struggling with everyday problems around relationships, work, school and any type of stress or those that have more deep-rooted issues stemming from childhood or a traumatic event. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with fifteen years experience in the mental health field. I have worked extensively with adults who suffer from Attachment Disorders and through our work together they were able to heal and form healthy relationships as adults. I also have substantial experience providing counseling to adolescents and couples.
True Life Counseling, PLLC offers counseling to adolescents, adults, and families in Chapel Hill and the surrounding areas. I also offer telehealth.
