I incorporate techniques from attachment theory, emotionally focused therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, and narrative therapy. Most importantly I strive to provide a space to meet your specific goals and needs. In addition to this, I also utilize various mindfulness and art therapy methods.
Through these therapeutic techniques I aim to cater to each of the unique needs of every client. I prioritize working collaboratively with clients to create a safe space in the therapy room and build a strong therapeutic relationship, which includes providing a space to be heard, seen, and express your most authentic self.
