I am a licensed mental health therapist in Ohio and registered Interstate Telehealth Social Worker in Delaware. I have over 30 years of clinical experience, and am currently focusing my efforts on work with teens and adults. I work to increase emotional intelligence and build a "toolbox" of coping skills to help better navigate life's challenges. I believe in the power of EMDR to help overcome traumas and develop a more adaptive and empowered sense of self.
