This has been an exceptionally difficult couple of years. COVID has put pressure on us and on our relationships in ways no one could have imagined. My specialty is relationships, communication and trauma. Sometimes we find ourselves reacting in ways that even surprise us. You may find yourself asking, why is my reaction so strong? I feel terrible about how I handled things, again. This is not what I want for myself or the relationships that are important to me.
I take a client-centered approach with the focus on how I can best support your goals and personal development. I utilize a variety of modalities including Mindfulness, EMDR, the Gottman Relationship Method for couples, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Internal Family Systems. My personal style is interactive, and solution focused.
