Depression, anxiety and emotional dysregulation are some of the issues that I can help address. My approach is eclectic and always strength based. It is an honor to collaborate with individuals as they gain insight and understanding along with the tools they need to move through their current life challenges.

I work with people with illnesses and their families, I work with monogamous or polyamorous clients. I am a transgender ally and an elder ally. I work with clients to develop a framework that supports their individual or relational growth.
