I am a dynamic, caring counselor. I have 20 years experience in counseling. I partner with clients and families to help them with ADHD, ANXIETY, and Grief symptoms. I work with children and teenagers with anxiety. I also work with clients who have other symptoms. I treat families for resolution of conflicts and for close relationships andother client issues. My goal is to help my clients become happier, more calm and able to say yes to their lives.
I specialize in the Harvard ADD /ADHD interventions. I help clients and their parents manage symptoms and be more organized for greater success in school and life! I have 17 years experience in helping clients and their families deal with grief such a the death of a loved one or divorce. I also help patients mange anxiety using CBT therapy and mindfulness.
