I work with adults who want to improve their coping skills to manage mental health symptoms better. I enjoy working with clients interested in gaining information on their mental health diagnoses and symptoms. Please book an appointment with me for individuals looking for a counselor who will set realistic goals, expectations, and helpful information. I can be found on Headway (TX clients), and Grow Therapy (GA & TX clients). I offer virtual sessions on Saturdays & Sundays ONLY. Due to my current schedule, I do not offer consultations.
I have a master's in Clinical Psychology with a foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I am eclectic in my approach with clients. I utilize techniques from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Positive Psychology, and other modalities to assist my clients.
