I specialize in treating women who present with mental health challenges related to self-esteem, trauma, grief and loss, relationships, health, and wellness. My goal for those I work with is to empower and guide them through whatever transition or obstacle they are facing. I have had the privilege of providing therapeutic services for over 25 years to varying populations and in my experience I have found that treatment is most successful when there is a positive fit between the therapist and client.
I specialize in EMDR and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy yet I utilize a variety of other modalities in sessions depending on individuals needs. I believe strongly in building on people's strengths and offer a safe space to process experiences and explore areas of need.
