My therapeutic orientation is a combination of humanistic, cognitive-behavioral, psychoeducation, and emotion-focused therapy.
Children & Adolescents: I specialize in working with children and adolescents. As a psychologist in both clinical and school psychology, I can help your child/adolescent address issues internally and support you, as the parent (guardian), in addressing mental health needs at home and in the school system.
My approach with children and adolescents includes a combination of humanistic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, psychoeducation, and play therapy. Through developing rapport by using humanistic therapy, a bond can be established that helps to address issues. Using an eclectic treatment approach allows me to work with your child/adolescent and modify treatment as needed.
