Starting therapy can be quite intimidating for some people. So, I strive to create an environment for my clients to feel relaxed, safe and at ease. My therapeutic expertise lies in working with adolescents as well as young adults. Most of my clients have presenting issues such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and feeling “stuck.”
I see therapy as an avenue to explore, process and understand complex feelings.
