We are friendly and goal-oriented. I have 20 years experience working with adults, teens, and children. And, if you wish, we can also integrate neurofeedback training into our work together. Neurofeedback uses the EEG (which neurologists also use) to teach you to change brainwave patterns that keep you from being your best. I studied Neurofeedback at San Francisco State University, and am Board Certified in Biofeedback.
What is different about what we do? Many use the "uh huh, go on" approach. Although I'm a good listener, I also help you to set goals and achieve them. This is accomplished through proven, effective tools for change. These are tools that you can learn.
