I believe therapy to be vital to our well being, and I am blessed to be doing this work. I help others to find their confidence again and make changes that mean something, that lead them to living a valued-driven life. I have a special interest in anxiety, depression, difficult life transitions, special needs, NICU experience, and Asian-American experiences.
My goal is to hold a safe place for you to express yourself (yes, all of it), find your strengths, and learn tools to elicit change regardless of the circumstances you face.
