Iris
Iris is an overnight retreat offered on the Sunday and Monday before Thanksgiving each year. It is held at Enders Island off the coast of Mystic CT. It allows for grieving women to come together and to take the time for themselves to explore their grief through the creative therapies.

Growing through Grief
These groups meet for 6-8 weeks with the primary aim of creating a safe place for children to grieve. We also offer a one week bereavement support group for children aged 6-teens in the summer. Our work is based on the creative therapies.

Mermaids is an overnight retreat held off-site where women come together to support each other in their life journeys. The location is a small island off the coast of Mystic CT. The retreat consists of group and individual work and uses the creative therapies for accessing feelings. It is facilitated by two counselors who have offered this retreat each May since 2000.
