I'm Beth Krusac, LCSW licensed in Georgia. I specialize in anxiety, trauma, parenting issues, and more. I utilize a wide array of approaches in therapy and incorporate holistic techniques to help you reach your full potential from a whole health and wellness mindset. My approach to therapy is to be flexible. I use client-centered techniques to focus on you and your goals. I also utilize CBT, strength-based, solution-focused, and mindfulness techniques. My belief is that therapy is just a conversation between two people and working collaboratively to meet your own mental health goals.
I typically work with clients struggling to cope with life's difficulties. Common mental health issues I work with include anxiety, parenting difficulties, recovering from trauma and abuse. I try my best to be encouraging and support you in your goals while pushing you to keep trying and never give up on your goals.
I love my work as a therapist because I get to help people. It sounds cliche, but it's true. I've experienced many of the issues I help with and have used therapy services for myself in the past. I found these experiences to be helpful and am privileged to help others on their own journey as well.
