I am a clinical psychologist with over 30 years of experience. I work with adolescents, adults and elders. My orientation is primarily psychodynamic. However, I also use a behavioral approach as needed. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space in which to help individuals face and work through their difficulties. I help them identify and change repetitive patterns and assumptions that interfere with obtaining satisfaction in their lives and with successfully pursuing their goals. This includes addressing and resolving anxiety, depression, self-esteem problems and relationship and career issues.
I have worked with individuals with a broad range of problems and backgrounds. In particular, I have extensive experience evaluating and working with individuals who have been emotionally, physically and/or sexually abused.
