I love working with children, teens and young adults work through the complexities of anxiety, depression and self-esteem challenges. I enjoy working with children, teens and young adults who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, feel "stuck" by the weight of depression, or want to work through navigating complex emotions that come with difficult life transitions. My approach to therapy is rooted in person-centered therapy, play therapy techniques, mindfulness, and trauma informed approaches. I strive to work together to cultivate healthy expressions of emotions to equip both clients and families with practical tools for growth.
My goal is to create a supportive environment where individuals can embrace their strengths, learn healthy ways of interacting with difficult thoughts and feelings, and can confidently grow into their authentic selves.
