I have a background in medical social work, geriatric support, crisis intervention, caregiver support, grief counseling, and bereavement. I have experience working with adults and the geriatric population, specializing in life changing dynamics. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, supportive psychotherapy, solution focused therapy and systems theory.
