I practice a holistic approach as emotions and behaviors are not only related to external environment and experiences, but are influenced by overall wellbeing. We function best when our bodies and brains are healthy and well balanced. My work with children and adolescents has informed my practice with adults as early experiences influence adult perceptions and decisions. I practice with a developmental perspective. My initial career in nursing informs my perspective to treat body, mind and spirit as a whole. Along with adult psychotherapy, I am committed to children and adolescents who are experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, and learning difficulties.
