I am a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in parent coaching, executive functioning / academic coaching, and psychological testing. My counseling practice focuses on helping adolescents and adults with ADHD, depression, anxiety, and executive functioning issues. My testing practice focuses on assessing children age 6 years old and older for help with 504/ IEP planning. My work supports parents of children with special needs to advocate for and obtain needed services.
The most common forms of treatments I provide are cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational counseling, and brief solution-focused counseling.
