At sometime, almost all face an abyss which may be accompanied by feelings of pain, sadness, uncertainty and we need a gentle hand to guide us. I offer such a hand. My approach is unique for each person, helping you navigate the challenging dynamics in a caring way.
I focus on the individual. Many times we are caught in an unhealthy dance and need to learn new steps which produce more graceful interactions with ourselves and others. Together we will build confidence, bring balance and equanimity to the situation; setting you on a path of contentment and self leadership.
My approach comes from a relational/systemic perspective, integrating neuroscience. I am certified in EMDR, trained in the PIT and CRM models and an informed IFS therapist.
