I work holistically, helping you to identify what you need cognitively, emotionally, physically, and spiritually to help yourself. I like helping people find that there are solutions in their lives that they had not thought or had not seen before. I feel that we all need a sense of purpose and community in our lives in order to live fully!
Specialties: mood/anxiety, grief, life transitions, relationship issues, STRESS, mindfulness training, energy work, guided imagery and breath work, chronic low self-esteem influenced by false core beliefs. I also do classes in Conscious Breathing, Meditation, Medical Qigong (an ancient Chinese Energy Practice using breathing, movement and mind intention.
I fully participate in sessions; I identify issues and offer suggestions quickly; I recognize that we are minds, bodies, and spirits and all three are VITAL for optimal health! I have trained in Western and Eastern healthcare. I teach Tai Chi and Qigong Wellness Classes and this training enables me to work holistically with you!
