I really enjoy helping individuals navigate life by giving them a safe outlet to develop skills and learn more about themselves. I work with clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, big life changes, and relationship difficulties that want to work toward learning the different ways to best manage the ups and downs in life. I am under the clinical supervision of Amy Robbins and clinical direction of Christopher Bruton.
I like to help clients by focusing on their individual needs by using a combination of different counseling techniques that includes cognitive-behavioral therapy and emotionally focused therapy to help build skills to meet their counseling goals.
