Creative Community Sundays
This group focuses on maintaining wellness of mind and body. The “Open Studio” provides the freedom of an art studio and the support of a clinical mental health counselor student intern. The Center is a safe, nonjudgmental space for expression, growth, and reflection through artmaking and verbal processing. Experimentation and collaboration are encouraged. No art experience is necessary! Open to the public. Call to register. Will begin starting Sept 8th and run through Dec 8th.

Soulful Women: Self Care and Self Exploration
As a member of this group you will engage in various creative experiences designed to help you to connect with your emotions, reduce stress, and gain insight into yourself and your relationships. No prior art experience is necessary. This group meets once a week on the campus of Caldwell University at the Mary Jo Rolli Codey Center. This support group focuses on fostering an environment for Self-Care and Self-Exploration. Led by experienced graduate interns and overseen by licensed professionals. Starting Sept. 8th and runs through Dec. 8th. Call to register.

Grief Journey
Saturdays 9:30am to 11am. 4 sessions in November. We honor the uniqueness of each individual’s grief journey. Our Grief Journey Group provides a supportive space where you can explore your emotions, share your story, and connect with others who understand what you're going through. We recognize that each person's path to healing is different, and we're here to support you. If the per session fee is beyond your means, a sliding scale fee can be agreed upon. Note: group will NOT meet on: November 30th
