Being a seasoned psychotherapist and life coach, my approach is eclectic. I use different modalities to tailor my approach to each individual. There is not one approach that works for everyone! I offer Psychodynamic Therapy, CBT, Hypnotherapy, Trauma based, Solution Focused, Mindfulness, Life coaching and Couple's Therapy to name a few.
