My name is Mary Bridgett Holzheimer, I go by Bridgett. I have worked as a Licensed Professional Counselor for about 15 years. I embrace the multisystemic approach to therapy with the idea there are many solutions to living a better and healthier life. I am currently in a private practice, providing both group and individual services for clients. A big part of my duties has included working closely with the court system in conducting evaluations and psychological testing for people who come out of the federal prison system. The private practice environment has taught me that it is imperative to be motivated, flexible.
I found that my work choices have reflected the perspective to allow me to provide services in different environments such as a hospital, in the community for an agency and private practice. My eclectic experience has helped me to gain knowledge and be a more effective counselor for my clients.
I am highly motivated and believe in meeting the client where they are at. I have a lot of energy and really love what I do. My clients mean a lot me. Growth, change and support are my main goals with clients. No one should do it alone.
